Synonym: None.

Special Status: None but possibly deserving attention. First it will be necessary to give proper attention to searching for ephemeral liverworts.

Recognition: Thallus lacks spines on margins; margin of thallus with orange tinge.

Distribution: On seasonally moist soil; to date confined to SW Oregon.

Comments: Dave Kofranek has reported finding this on Table Rock in Jackson County.
