Synonym: None.

Special Status: Unevaluated.

Recognition: The only species of Frullania that is monoicous, with both perianths and androecia clearly present on the same plant.

Distribution: Grows on Alaska yellow cedar roots in alpine situations, North Cascades of Washington northwards.

Comments: Endemic to the Pacific Northwest.
